Analytics Project Manager
Location: Remote – US
Duration: Long-term (12 months+)
Commitment: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week. Approximately 10 hours per week to start)
Compensation: $50 per hour USD

Role Overview
We’re seeking an Analytics Project Manager to take the lead on client and partner projects, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion. As the main point of contact for clients, you will manage timelines, coordinate with the data team, and keep deliverables on track while fostering a collaborative environment.
This role is perfect for someone with a blend of project management expertise, data analysis know-how, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll work closely with clients and team members, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, partners, and the data team, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep initiatives on track.
- Translate client goals into actionable plans for the data team, ensuring that deliverables align with expectations.
- Oversee the implementation of data analysis and visualization tools to meet project needs.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams, addressing any challenges or roadblocks proactively.
- Research and synthesize online resources to inform and enhance client projects.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Must reside in the US
- Ability to work remotely with access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a webcam
- Available daily (Monday-Friday)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Some experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Interpersonal: A client-first mindset, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Mission alignment: You are passionate about improving public education, global health, economic mobility, and/or child poverty.
